Berrin Çoban Öner passed away in Istanbul on April 20, 2022, age 53. The younger of two daughters, she was born in Istanbul on October 3, 1968, to Tülay and Ziya Çoban. Berrin grew up in Suadiye, completed İlhami Ahmet Örnekal Primary, Robert College, Bosphorus University (Public Administration & International Relations) and Marmara University (MBA).
A successful and well-liked colleague at Inter Yatırım, Demir Yatırım, HSBC and Italteks, Berrin also excelled in needlepoint and painting. Berrin married Barış Öner in 2001. They were married 21 happy years and had two beautiful daughters, Bade Mina and Ela. Selflessly dedicated to her children’s development, despite her illness, Berrin moved her family to London three years ago following Barış's UK job assignment. Thoughtful, generous and strong until the end, she always put her loved ones' needs first. Berrin’s elegant, good-natured and kind-hearted spirit will live on within our hearts.
