Robert College is both bilingual and bicultural: English is the language of instruction for mathematics and science as well as English language and literature courses. Physical education, computer science, music and art courses are also taught in English. Per the requirements of the Turkish Ministry of National Education, social science and Turkish language and literature classes are taught in Turkish.

Our faculty, 65% of whom have a master's degree or higher, have an average of approximately 20 years teaching experience. 43% of our teachers come from 9 different countries outside Turkey. About 50% of our faculty is made up of native English speakers. 

During the 2018-19 academic year, our school includes 1042 students and 115 teachers. The student-teacher ratio is 9 to 1.
