Canan passed away on December 7, 2021, at age 37. She shall be remembered with great love, fondness, and respect. She graduated from Yeditepe University Medical Faculty in 2010 where she also became a phytotherapy specialist in 2018. She worked as an occupational physician until August 2020, when she was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. She worked day and night during the first months of the pandemic. Her family, friends and patients always came first.
Although Canan departed from this earth, she will never truly leave for, those of us, who are lucky to call her a friend, will always keep her alive in our hearts, minds and prayers. She was a successful doctor, a graceful woman and a kind-hearted human being.
We wish you farewell in your journey to eternity, Canan. May you rest in light and find peace in heaven.
