Meral Adalı Ülken passed away in February 2020, due to Covid-19. We always thought of her as the noble princess from Hatay. While at ACG, she never failed to appear on every Honor List and took part in many of the student body activities. She had a brilliant mind and never ceased to read serious books. Meral had a sensitive and angelic disposition, always with a lovely smile on her sweet face. She had a serene and charming, yet witty personality. She was a kind-hearted, gentle and dependable friend. She had a blissful and pleasant life with her beloved late husband Professor Yüksel Ülke and her two children. She was a devoted mother, attentive and loving wife and a wonderful friend to all her classmates. She is survived by her daughter Nil, her son Ömer, her brother Mehmet Adalı and her grandchildren.
