Pamir has always been one of the most revered members of RA 65 and 66. Being with him, you would immediately observe the flashes of a sharp intellect with a charming sense of humor. Watching his down-to-earth attitude, humble personality, honesty and candor, it was so easy to love Pamir. He was a gentle soul, a “beyefendi”.
He loved RA, what it stood for and was very proud of being part of it. He attended Hacettepe University School of Medicine and became an MD. Following his father’s steps, he specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After his long career in Germany he returned home to continue his practice in Turkey. His fierce dedication to his profession with uncompromising principles followed him throughout his career.
Pamir will be sorely missed not only by his wife, Nermin, his son Tanıl and his classmates but also all those whose lives were touched by him.
