Zeynep Alam Şengül, graduate of ACG 71, Senior, and Boğaziçi University ‘78, passed away on August 31, 2021. Zeynep was the daughter of Neriman Alam, RC 35 and Vasfiye Alam ACG 38, and the younger sister of Mithat Alam, RA 64, RC YÜK 68. Zeynep will be remembered longingly by her friends from ACG 71, with whom she spent nine formative years on the campus. Her sense of humour, the dimples in her cheeks, her bright, intelligent eyes, her smile and her love of cats are etched on our memories. She faced cancer with her own gentle positivity, drawing on much support from her family. May she rest in peace.
