Students and teachers came together to celebrate the new school year on September 4, at the opening ceremony in the Rodney Wagner Maze. The speeches, given by Turkish Director Nilhan Çetinyamaç, English Teacher Jason Leiter, Turkish Teacher Melek Girey İnce, the Student Council President Arda Kural and Head of School Adam Oliver, set an inspirational tone for the coming months. The ceremony ended with the singing of the school song.
